Our Elementary kids join the KIDZONE and enjoy learning with the KIDMO curriculum.
Using the Kidmo curriculum, we strive to teach God's truth in ways that impact a child's choices and actions. We encourage parents with take home sheets to go over discussion questions from the day's topic. Kidmo helps children discover 5 things as they begin to ask questions:
- Creativity and imagination are precious resources for penetrating their language and culture
- Kids should be needed, valued, and connected, and their church experience must be relevant to their daily lives
- Kids have time, availability, and enthusiasm to accomplish great things for His Kingdom
- By teaching them to develop a biblical worldview, we can ignite an awakening that will impact generations to come
- For the same reason that Jesus gave his attention to kids, we believe kids grow best when nurtured by loving mentors and teachers
Meet Chuck & Toni Brannan
Bridge Family Ministries Pastors
We were married on Oct. 17, 2004 and had our adorable son, Benjamin on Sept. 17, 2007. Both of us have known for a long time that we had a deep passion to serve in ministry and have had our hands in a few different things. Before we were married we both did some international mission work and completed Discipleship Training Schools with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). For both of us these experiences solidified that we wanted to be in ministry.
Once married, we worked with East University Church of God in Mesa. Chuck as co-worship leader of their contemporary service and Toni as youth pastor. When Jeff & Cindy Mugford announced they'd be moving back to Phoenix we immediately knew God was impressing on us to join them in The Bridge Community Church plant and we couldn't wait to get started! Now, with our focus on the Elementary program we are having so much fun getting to know the kids and their families and look forward to all the great things God is going to do in theseamazing kid's lives!
Currently Chuck also works for University of Phoenix and is attending their school to earn an AAB. He is also preparing to begin the process of becoming an ordained minister within the Church of God. Toni has the pure joy and pleasure of being home with our beautiful boy and working on administrative work for Bridge Kids.
